Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

C3 Workforce, Inc. wants c3workforce.com to be usable by everyone, including people who rely on screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, voice control or other assistive technology. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, and we treat accessibility as part of building the site, not something to bolt on afterward.

What we have done

• Semantic HTML with one main heading per page, headings in order, landmark regions and labeled navigation.
• Full keyboard navigation. Every link, button and menu can be reached and operated with a keyboard.
• Visible focus states. A gold outline shows exactly where keyboard focus is at all times.
• Descriptive alternative text on every photo that carries meaning, and empty alt text on decorative images.
• Color contrast that meets or exceeds the AA ratio for text on every background, including photo overlays.
• Reduced motion support. Animations are turned off when your device asks for reduced motion.
• A skip to content link at the top of every page.
• Text that can be resized to 200 percent without loss of content, and layouts that reflow on small screens instead of scrolling sideways.
• Phone numbers and email addresses that are printed in plain text and linked, never hidden behind a click or an image.

Known limitations

Some parts of the experience run on systems we do not control.

• The job board, online application and employee portal are operated by TempWorks at hrcenter.ontempworks.com, jobboard.ontempworks.com and webcenter.ontempworks.com. Their accessibility is governed by TempWorks, and we pass along any problems you report to us.
• Meeting scheduling uses Microsoft Bookings, a page operated by Microsoft.
• Office maps are provided by an embedded Google Map. The full address is always printed in text beside it.

If any of these vendor pages stop you from applying, logging in or booking a meeting, contact us and we will handle it another way, by phone or by email, so you are not left out.

We review accessibility feedback as it comes in and aim to respond within one business day. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you were using.

We test new pages with keyboard only navigation, automated checks and screen reader spot checks before they go live, and we recheck the site when we make significant changes. This statement was published on September 13, 2026 and will be updated as the site changes.
