What C3 Workforce collects, how we use it, who sees it, and the choices you have. Written in plain English so you do not need a lawyer to read it.
Who we are
C3 Workforce, Inc. (“C3 Workforce,” “we” or “us”) is a nationwide staffing and recruiting company headquartered at 32233 Schoolcraft Rd, Suite 100, Livonia, MI 48150. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors to c3workforce.com, to job applicants and employees, and to our contacts at client companies.
What we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following.
- Contact form and email inquiries. Your name, company, email address, phone number, and whatever you write in your message.
- Applicant data. You apply through our applicant tracking system provider, TempWorks, at hrcenter.ontempworks.com and jobboard.ontempworks.com. The application collects your name, contact details, work history, education, skills, certifications, work authorization, availability and any documents you upload, such as a resume. Where a role requires it, you may also be asked for the information needed for a background check or drug screen.
- Employee portal data. Once you are working through C3, you use the TempWorks employee portal at webcenter.ontempworks.com to view pay stubs, timecards, tax documents and assignment details. That portal handles the payroll and tax information we are required to keep as your employer of record.
- Booking data. If you schedule a meeting with us, Microsoft Bookings collects your name, email address, the time you choose, and any notes you add.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and time of visit. We use this for security and to keep the site working.
We do not run advertising trackers, remarketing pixels or third party analytics cookies on this site at this time. If that changes, we will update this policy first.
How we use it

- To evaluate applicants for open roles and match candidates to client openings.
- To place, onboard, schedule and pay employees, and to administer benefits and required paperwork.
- To communicate with you about assignments, openings and business matters.
- To protect the security of our systems and to prevent fraud.
- To comply with employment, tax, safety, immigration and other laws, and to respond to lawful requests.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only as needed to run the business.
- Clients. When you are being considered for or placed at a client site, we share the information the client needs to evaluate and manage the placement, such as your resume, qualifications and work eligibility.
- Service providers. Companies that process data on our behalf, including TempWorks (applicant tracking, payroll and the employee portal), Microsoft (email, scheduling and document storage) and our website host. They may use your information only to provide services to us.

- Government agencies and others as required by law. Tax authorities, unemployment and workers’ compensation agencies, courts and regulators, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety or property.
