For job seekers

Steady work.
Recruiters who know your name.

Production, warehouse, skilled trades, quality and technical jobs in markets across the country. Apply once. Talk to a real person. Hear the pay and the shift before you say yes.

Already on assignment with C3? Timecards, pay stubs, W 2s and time off requests all live in the Employee Login.
How it works

Four steps. No portal maze.

You should never have to fill out the same application three times or wonder if anyone read it. Here is what actually happens after you apply to C3.

01

Apply once

One short online application. Tell us your experience, your certifications and where you can work. That is it. You do not reapply for every job.

02

Talk to a recruiter

A real person calls you and learns what you actually want: the shift you can work, the commute you can handle, the environment you do well in and the pay you need to make it worth it.

03

Get matched

We put you in front of openings that fit you, not just openings that exist. You hear the pay rate, the shift, the location and the requirements before you accept anything.

04

Start and stay in touch

You start with a recruiter's name and number in your phone. Questions about time, pay or the assignment go to a person who knows you, not a ticket queue.

Job board

See what is open right now.

Our live job board is below. Filter by location and role, then apply to a posting or apply generally and let a recruiter match you.

What to expect from C3

Honest on the way in. Honest all the way through.

We have been placing people since 2010. The ones who come back to us do it for three reasons.

01

We know you as a person

Some people will not work in the cold. Some prefer to work alone. Some need first shift because of school pickup. A resume does not say any of that. Our recruiters ask, remember and match accordingly.

02

We tell you the pay and the shift up front

Before you accept an assignment you know the hourly rate, the shift, the address and what the client requires. No bait on the phone and switch on day one.

03

We call you back

When you leave a message, a person returns it. When an assignment ends, we start on the next one. When something goes wrong on the floor, you have a recruiter's direct line.

How do I apply to C3 Workforce?

Apply once through our online application. It is short. You can also browse open jobs first and apply to a specific posting. Either way, a recruiter reviews your application and calls you to talk about what you are looking for.

What happens after I apply?

A recruiter reads your application and reaches out by phone. We ask about the shift you can work, how far you are willing to commute, the kind of environment you do well in and the pay you need. Then we match you to openings that fit. If nothing fits today, we keep you in mind and call when it does.

What documents do I need to bring?

Bring a government issued photo ID and proof that you are authorized to work in the United States, the same documents any employer needs for federal employment eligibility verification. If you hold a forklift certification, a welding certification, an A&P license or any other credential, bring a copy. Your recruiter will tell you if a specific client needs anything else.

Do I have to take a drug screen or a background check?

It depends on the client. Some positions require a drug screen, a background check or both, and some require neither. We tell you what a specific assignment requires before you accept it, so there are no surprises on your first day.

How does temp to hire work?

You start the job as a C3 employee working at the client's site. During an evaluation period, usually around 90 days, you and the client both decide whether it is a fit. If it is, the client hires you directly onto their payroll. If it is not, tell your recruiter and we look for the next assignment.

How do I get paid?

While you are on assignment, you are paid through C3 Workforce as your employer of record. You submit your time through the Employee Login portal, and your pay stubs and year end tax forms live there too. Your recruiter will explain the pay schedule and how to enter time before you start.

What happens if an assignment ends?

Assignments end for many reasons, including a project finishing, a season closing or a client's volume changing. When that happens, call your recruiter. If you showed up, did the work and treated people well, we want to place you again, and we start looking for the next fit right away.

Can I refer a friend?

Yes. Many of our best associates came to us because someone they worked with told them about C3. Give your recruiter their name and number, or have them apply online and mention you. We will take it from there.

Does it cost anything to work with C3?

No. C3 Workforce never charges applicants or associates a fee for anything. Not to apply, not to be placed, not for training and not for equipment. Our clients pay us. If anyone claiming to be from C3 asks you for money, gift cards or payment information, it is a scam. See the safety notice below.

Where are the jobs?

Across the country. We place people in multiple markets nationwide, with a large concentration of openings in Metro Detroit and Upstate South Carolina. Tell your recruiter where you can work and we will match you to what is open there.

Job scam safety notice

C3 will never ask you for money.

Scammers impersonate staffing companies to steal from people looking for work. Here is how to know a message is really from us.

  • We never charge applicants or associates a fee. Not to apply, not to be placed, not for training, not for equipment or uniforms.
  • We never ask for payment, gift cards, cryptocurrency or wire transfers. Anyone who does is not C3 Workforce.
  • We never ask you to deposit a check and send part of it back. That is a check fraud scheme, not a job.
  • We do not collect your banking or Social Security information over text or social media. Payroll and tax documents are handled through the secure Employee Login after you are hired, or in person at our office.
  • Our recruiters call from real phone numbers and email from c3workforce.com addresses. If something feels off, hang up and call the Livonia office at (734) 552-5731 to confirm.

Our only official web domains

Applications, the job board and the Employee Login run on our staffing software provider's domain. Anything else claiming to be C3 is not.
