Engineering and test at the supplier tech centers
Supplier technical centers along I 96, Twelve Mile and Haggerty Road staff up for programs in waves: test technicians, CAD designers, quality and manufacturing engineers, controls engineers and validation staff on contract for the program term, or hired direct when the requisition is approved. Do you place engineers, or only production staff?
Both. Manufacturing, quality, controls, process and design engineers, test and validation technicians and CAD designers are placed direct or on contract through our engineering recruiting and direct placement services. Production, quality and warehouse roles run on temporary, temp to hire and contract terms. Many Novi employers use both from the same recruiter.
How do Michigan's 2027 employment changes affect temporary workers on my floor?
The Michigan minimum wage rises from $13.73 to $15.00 an hour on January 1, 2027, and the Earned Sick Time Act covers temporary employees supplied through a staffing agency at one paid hour per 30 worked. For C3 employees on assignment with you, C3 pays the wage, administers the accrual and carries the payroll cost inside the bill rate, and we build the 2027 change into every quote.
